Michael Castellarin joined Clairvest Group in 2002 and as a Managing Director, currently handles investment origination, structuring, execution and portfolio company management with a focus on waste management, environmental services, and architecture, engineering, and construction (“AEC”). Michael is currently on the Board of Directors of three investments at Clairvest Group: Red Oak Sanitation & Recycling, NCS Engineers, and Beneficial Reuse Management. Since 2006, Michael has led Clairvest’s investments in ten environmental service platform companies and Clairvest’s first platform investment in the AEC sector.

Prior to joining Clairvest, he worked as a management consultant at Monitor Company and as a marketing manager for the National Hockey League Players’ Association. Michael earned his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.Comm. with honours from Queen’s University at Kingston.
