Doug is a Managing Director with Clairvest Group and is involved in the sourcing, execution and management of investments. Before joining Clairvest, Doug worked in TD Bank’s investment banking division, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and equity and debt financings. He previously served as a Commodities Analyst at CPM Group in New York, advising corporates, investors, and intergovernmental organizations. Doug serves as an Adjust Professor of finance at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.

Doug holds an M.B.A from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, an M.Sc. in Global Affairs from New York University and a B.A. from McGill University.
