Alisha joined Clairvest in 2025 and is involved in all aspects of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, she worked in private equity at Audax Group in Boston and Vertu Capital in Toronto, where she evaluated investments and supported portfolio value creation initiatives. Earlier in her career, Alisha co-founded Scope Photonics, a novel camera tech startup, and held roles at NASA and Apple. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
