The mission-critical training offered by Top Aces enhances the operational readiness of combat forces by providing a realistic real-world experience while prolonging fleet life.

Top Aces owns and operates a fleet of 130+ aircraft including 3 business jets equipped with electronic warfare capabilities, 73 subsonic fighter jets and 29 F16s. Top Aces is the only private operator of F16s in the world and the only operator of scale flying with advanced AESA radars in many of its planes. Top Aces is also the leading provider of Joint Terminal Attack training which it services with 26 propeller aircraft equipped with live and dry weapons. Top Aces services the Canadian, German and U.S. militaries through its core contracts as well as a growing number of U.S. allies.

Clairvest became involved with Top Aces initially as a lender in 2005 and became an equity holder in 2011 through an investment in Discovery Air. In 2017, Top Aces was spun out as an independent company when additional capital from third parties was raised.
