Top Aces owns and operates a fleet of 140+ aircraft including 30+ F-16s, 70+ subsonic fighters and 3 business jets equipped with special mission capabilities. Top Aces is the only private operator of F-16s in the world, and offers an industry-leading technology path including live, virtual and constructive training solutions. Top Aces is also the leading provider of Close Air Support training which it services with a specialized fleet of two dozen propeller aircraft equipped with live and dry weapons.

Clairvest became involved with Top Aces initially as a lender in 2005 and became an equity holder in 2011 through an investment in Discovery Air. In December 2017, Top Aces was spun out as an independent company when additional capital from third parties was raised.
