Shayan joined Clairvest in 2025 and participates in all areas of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, Shayan worked in the investment banking division at Bank of America, where he was involved in a number of M&A and financing transactions across various sectors including mining, industrials, healthcare, consumer, and real estate. Shayan holds an HBA degree with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
