Matt joined Clairvest in 2023. Matt advises on Clairvest legal matters and plays an active role in Clairvest’s and its portfolio companies’ investment transactions. Prior to joining Clairvest, Matt worked as in-house counsel at an insurance services company and, prior to that, practiced for four years in the mergers & acquisitions group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He received a B.Sc. (Hons.), JD and MBA from the University of Toronto.
