Courtney joined Clairvest in 2023 and is responsible for Talent Management and Culture. Prior to joining Clairvest, Courtney spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company leading Canadian Recruiting and then Professional Development in Toronto. Courtney began her career at Xerox in Talent Management and recruiting supporting the Sales function across Canada. Courtney completed her BBA at Wilfrid Laurier University and then pursued a post graduate degree at Humber College in Human Resources Management.
