Avery joined Clairvest in 2026 and participates in all areas of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, Avery worked in the investment banking division at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on debt financing transactions. Avery started his career in Hong Kong, spending time in both private equity and investment banking. Avery is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
