Amanda joined Clairvest in 2021 as legal counsel and advises on corporate and securities law compliance matters. In addition, Amanda plays an active role in Clairvest’s investment transactions. Prior to joining Clairvest, Amanda was an associate at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from the University of Toronto and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School.
