Mr. Krediet was the Chairman & CEO of Sparkling Spring Water Ltd, a Clairvest investment, from 1992 to 2003. Prior to its sale to Danone, Mr. Krediet grew Sparkling Spring into a company with more than US$100 million in revenue, US$30 million in EBITDA and with leading market shares in the markets it served. Prior to his involvement with Sparkling Spring, Mr. Krediet led an investment group which executed a consolidation of the Canadian Pepsi bottling industry in the Maritimes and Ottawa regions with the two hubs generating over $180 million in combined revenue prior to their sale to Pepsi. Mr. Krediet serves on the board of Clairvest’s investment partner Discovery Air Inc.

Mr. Barnett is the former President of the second largest tobacco company in Canada which has recently become a wholly owned subsidiary of Philip Morris International. John was trained in England as a Chartered Accountant and immigrated to Canada in 1967 joining Price Waterhouse. Prior to Rothmans, Mr. Barnett spent many years in the brewery industry and was ultimately appointed President of Molson Breweries in 1995. Mr. Barnett serves on Clairvest’s audit committee and Clairvest’s compensation and human resources committee.

Mr. Bregman acquired Second Cup as a small specialty coffee retailer and built the company into the largest specialty coffee retailer in Canada and second largest in North America. Mr. Bregman chairs on Clairvest’s audit committee and served on the boards of Clairvest’s investment partners Allied Global Holdings, WarrenShepell, Sparkling Spring Water Ltd, Signature Security Group Inc. and Vitamins Superstore, LLC.

Mr. Heffernan, a former Manager and Director of Stevenson & Kellogg Ltd., was with Rothmans from 1977 to 2008. He served as Vice President of Manufacturing, then Executive Vice President, and was appointed President and CEO in 1990 before becoming Chairman in 2000. Mr. Heffernan currently serves as Clairvest’s Chairman and sits on the board of Gerdau Ameristeel. Mr. Heffernan received his M.Sc. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Heffernan served on the board of Integral Orthopedics, Western Co-Axial and Sparkling Spring Water.

A passionate student of business, Anne Mette began her career in strategy consulting in England in 1992. Over almost a decade, she earned valuable business experience from an inside vantage point by working with senior management on business strategy across various industries. Anne Mette moved to Canada in 1994 and then in 2000 left consulting to join the investment management industry to practice value investing the Warren Buffett way. In 2008, she joined Burgundy to launch an emerging markets equity portfolio and build an investment team to support it.

Mr. Sharp is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Four Seasons Hotels Inc., the world’s largest operator of luxury hotels. Mr. Sharp was named CEO of the year by The Financial Post and has been inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. Mr. Sharp serves on Clairvest’s compensation and human resources committee and previously served on the board of The Bank of Nova Scotia.

Mr. Watkin has a tremendous amount of experience in the Customer Experience Management industry. He has been President, CEO and Director at KUBRA since 1999, where he has successfully led KUBRA through remarkable organic growth, followed by a Management buyout with Private Equity. He then executed on a number of acquisitions, which led to a private sale for 80% of KUBRA to Hearst Corporation. He sits on various advisory boards, is a member of NACHA, Vistage, Young Presidents Organization, McKay CEO’s Forum, and a Director for the Kids’ Health Links Foundation.
Joseph E. Fluet, III

Mr. Fluet has founded and led multiple highly successful companies, in a wide variety of industries. He sits on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and committees. Earlier in his career, he served as Washington, D.C. Attorney specializing in government contracts and international law. Prior to that he served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Fluet has also had a distinguished career in the military and national security. His career includes service in both active and reserve forces, spanning 20 years in a variety of aviation units. As CEO and founder of MAG Aerospace, Mr. Fluet provides corporate leadership and strategic vision for MAG, the industry’s most comprehensive “tip to tail” services provider for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), able to support federal, international, and commercial customers worldwide with ISR training, operations, and sustainment support.
