January 26, 2007 - Winters Bros. Waste Systems Inc., a Clairvest portfolio company, closed on the acquisition of the Long Island assets of Waste Management Inc. The acquisition follows the Company’s acquisition of the waste management assets of Allied Waste in September and establishes Winters Bros. as the leading waste management company on Long Island.
