Clairvest Group Inc. is completing the realization of investments made prior to 2001 and, since 2001, has co-invested with Clairvest Equity Partners and Clairvest Equity Partners III in new investment opportunities originated by Clairvest. Clairvest Group Inc. is also a participant – and a leading investor – in the general partner of Wellington Financial, which provides venture debt and bridge financing to Canadian corporations.
Under the current management team and prior to 2001, Clairvest Group Inc. has initiated, managed and/or exited investments in 16 different companies, accounting for invested capital of $195 million.
